Due to a dispute over a hotel bill Cass Elliot from The Mamas And The Papas spent the night in a London. Cass was being charged with stealing two hotel blankets, two keys, and an unpaid hotel bill. A TV and concert appearance had to be cancelled. The charges against Mama Elliot were later dropped.
